This site describes my skills and services. It is not an offer that binds me.
3. Starting a project
Work begins only after we both agree in writing (email or WhatsApp) on scope, price, timeline and payment terms. For larger projects I may work with collaborators (Smaran Bari and Amul Yadav), but your agreement is always with Farhaz Ali. Cancellations and refunds follow the Refund Policy.
4. Projects shown
The projects on this site are work I have built. Showing a project is not an endorsement by its owner and does not guarantee the same results for your project.
5. Independence
I am a student, I work at Danlite Tools Technician, and I also take freelance projects. This site is personal and is not run, approved or endorsed by Chandigarh University or Danlite Tools Technician.
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated, the content and code of this site belong to Farhaz Ali. Third-party names and trademarks (for example WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Next.js and Danlite) belong to their owners. Ownership of client work is set in the written agreement for that project.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the contact form (spam, abuse or unlawful content) or try to disrupt the site.
8. Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by Indian law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
