This policy covers cancellations and refunds for freelance work.
1. No payments on this site
You cannot buy or pay for anything on this website. Payments, if any, are made only after a written agreement.
2. Project agreements
For paid work, the written agreement states the price, milestones and any advance. Unless that agreement says otherwise:
- Before work starts, you may cancel and any advance is refunded in full.
- After work has started, you pay for the work completed so far, and any balance of the advance is refunded.
- Delivered milestones that match the agreed scope are not refundable, but I will fix defects against the agreed scope at no extra cost.
- Third-party costs already paid for you (domains, hosting, licences) are not refundable by me.
3. How to ask for a refund
Email farhazali716@gmail.com with the project details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 14 days.
4. Your consumer rights
Nothing here reduces your rights under Indian consumer law.
